D Series – Pressure Type Spray Dryer
The pressurized spray drying process is special suitable for granule formation by high solid content slurry. The output product spherical granule have excellent free flow character which facilitate to fit and fill the moulding rapidly. In addition, the moisture residual, loose specific weight and constancy are perfect for static pressing and moulding pressing process. The mould pressed product by granule formed by spray drying process can have 4-8 time higher life time than the traditional machinery process.
